At SSJ Auto and Tools, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The item must not be listed under our non-returnable items (see Section 4).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ssjautoandtools.com or +1 (325) 202-3355 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship the item to our returns address (provided with your RMA confirmation). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item sent, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or any other non-defect reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ on the product listing.
- Gift cards or store credit.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Items returned without an RMA number or after 30 days of delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email with the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item is returned in a condition other than its original state, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% or deny the refund.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround for your replacement.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photographs of the item and its packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Warranty Claims
Some products sold on our website come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided in the product documentation. We are happy to assist you identify the correct contact if needed.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our standard return process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
