1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping availability to specific locations.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Orders over a qualifying threshold may be eligible for free standard shipping (see current promotions on our website).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order ships.

You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and either reship the order or issue a full refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Please keep all original packaging materials and take photographs of any damage, as these may be required by the carrier during a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at the details below, and we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships.

8. Large or Freight Items

Some heavy or oversized items (e.g., welding machines, large industrial equipment) may require freight shipping. If your order qualifies for freight delivery, our team will contact you with additional details and options before your order ships.
